Refund policy

THE GUITAR BAG ® - RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

In accordance with Article 64 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, and subsequent amendments, we offer the possibility to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods at the address provided during purchase. In the case of a return, customs charges will be at the customer’s expense.

You can initiate the return by sending an email to info@theguitarbag.com, specifying:

• Full name;
• Order number.

If the return request does not include the required information, the right to withdraw cannot be exercised unless the correct documentation is submitted within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods at the address provided during purchase.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Once your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation by email.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs within the specified period to exercise the right of withdrawal to the following address: THE GUITAR BAG SRL. VIA DEL VASCELLO 13, 00152 ROME (ITALY)

The Guitar Bag SRL reserves the right not to accept returns or goods that do not meet the following requirements:

• The returned items must be in their original unused condition with all tags attached and all related accessories included.
• The security seal on the bag must not have been removed.
• Returns with the reason of "scratches or stains on the leather" are only accepted if communicated promptly on the day of arrival.
• Incomplete, damaged, worn, dirty, or altered returns, or anything that The Guitar Bag SRL reasonably considers to have been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
• All delivery costs for returning the products are at the customer’s expense. All risks related to the return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note, it’s important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local courier. For added security, ensure the packages are insured with tracking numbers.

The refund will be made using the same payment method the customer used, once the product is received by The Guitar Bag Srl. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Make an Exchange

If the customer wants to exchange an item for another (model or size), they must first return the item and then make a new purchase for the desired product.
