THE GUITAR BAG ® - SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

Each bag/strap combination is assembled for each order. The order will be processed within 2-7 business days after receiving payment.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times after payment is processed are:

Domestic (Italy): 1-2 business days
Europe: 1-2 business days
Non-EU: 2-3 business days

We are not responsible for any delays due to reasons beyond our control (holidays, bad weather, strikes, demonstrations, etc.),

SHIPPING COSTS

National (Italy): Free for orders over €101, €10 for orders under €100

Europe and Switzerland: €15

United Kingdom: €20

USA & Canada: €25

Rest of the world: €50

All residents of non-EU countries will incur customs duties and VAT upon receipt of the item, according to the regulations in force in their country of residence.

Any customs duties and import taxes will be calculated and collected by the courier upon delivery.

If, for any reason, the recipient refuses delivery of the package, the shipment will be abandoned at customs and it will no longer be possible to receive the package or receive a refund.

The Guitar Bag® is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers and/or customs procedures.
